HOW IT WORKS
1. Booking is only confirmed once a payment is received.
2. Fill the detail form we send you to confirm all details. (for customized order)
3. We will send a photo to get your approval after we finish. In this stage, we will adjust if we did not meet your original requirement. It will be extra charge and a few working days if you change your idea while we nearly finish or finish the topper already.
4. After that, we will dry the product and carefully handled and packed, then ship it to your address.

Note: All items are handmade so the detail will be slightly different than the posted photos. The color might be a bit different depending on your screen.

The process usually takes 10-12 weeks or more depend on the details of the topper and the amount of orders we have before yours. But we occasionally have space available for rush orders. Please let us know the time and check if it is an available space for a rush order.
